Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement:

  • By engaging with Local & Mobile you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, forming a binding service agreement between the client and Local & Mobile.

 

Booking and Confirmation:

  • All service bookings are subject to confirmation by Local & Mobile. Confirmation details, including date, time, and service specifications, will be communicated to the client.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

 

Access and Entry:

  • Clients must ensure our cleaning team has safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the agreed-upon time. Any specific entry instructions or security measures must be communicated during the booking process.

 

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept All Major credit cards, Zelle & Cash.

 

Special Requirements:

  • Clients are responsible for communicating any special cleaning requirements, vehicle specifications, or home-specific details that may impact the cleaning process. Failure to communicate such details may affect the quality of service.

 

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for securing pets or valuables during the cleaning process. Local & Mobile is not liable for any damage or loss of items left unsecured.

 

Quality Assurance:

  • While Local & Mobile strives for excellence, satisfaction is subjective. Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.

 

Health and Safety:

  • Local & Mobile adheres to health and safety protocols, and clients are expected to provide a safe working environment for our cleaning team. Clients must notify us of any health or safety concerns.

 

Changes to Terms:

  • Local & Mobile reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the modified terms.
